in Muskegon, MI |
I have never had to wait long for an appointment, especially as he is a specialist. I have always gotten Cadillac care by him and his nurse practitioner as well as his respiratory therapist. The office staff is pleasant.

Very well trained. Good listener. Smart

Dr. Ivey is an excellent physician. Focused on finding and communicating the issue and helping despite the politics designed to interfere with patient care. @ Rev- if it takes 4 people to have a conversation with you,,, it's not like the fault of all 4 staff members! @ Pat- Sometimes a "God" complex is good. When you're really sick; you need 2 people; God and a good doctor. Which one do you really want to see FIRST! Grow up People! If you want a good doc with no BS- go see Dr. Ivey

Likes to get to the bottom of the problem.
in Muskegon mi |
Very rude jerk. Suffers from the "I am God" syndrome. Told me my teeth were two different colors and I needed to sit up straight. I asked his nurse after he left if he was always like that. She replied that if I needed warm and fuzzy I should go somewhere else. He should be in research and not deal with people.
in Hudsonville, MI |
Was very impatient, condescending and out and out rude, Nurses were fantastic.
in Grand Rapids, MI |
The man was insulting and he would not listen. While trying explain why I could not easily answer one of his questions he spazzed out, stormed out the room, then came back in and accused me of me being difficult. When I continued with my explanation he stood up threw and fit and demanded that leave the room. I would not leave so he went to get his boss. In the end I finished my appointment with 3 or 4 other people in the room acting as if I had been the one throwing temper tantrums... Geez!
