As a new cancer patient, I waited for one hour and a half past my appointment time in his lobby. I was given no apology or explanation. My husband and I left after that time. The front desk person only said: "I understand" with no further concern. What a very rude and disrespectful way to treat vulnerable cancer patients! Our time perhaps matters more than yours!

My wife has advanced ovarian cancer. We went for a first visit with Dr. Hendrixson & waited for over 1 1/2 hours without even an apology or explanation. One employee did say that he's always running behind. Hendrixson may be an OK doctor but we'll never know since we refuse to accept such rude treatment.
