This man (I cannot even call him a doctor) was selected for the QME on my workers comp case. I waited for one hour before someone came to unlock the door to the “house” that he was using for my exam. I was expecting a Monterey doctor to perform my QME in a professional doctors office. However this man is out of Merced and came to Monterey to perform my QME in a house. He was absolutely horrible and should be reported to law enforcement. He shoved my bare foot on his crotch and told me to relax.
