I so appreciate Dr. Heitzman's straight-forward, hands on approach. He looks at the complete picture, not just what the tests show. He is clearly a compassionate man who cares about his patients.

On one occasion, Dr. Heitzman took my pulse rate. On my next visit, he didn't do anything. His conversation was like how are you doing, and then he would say I will see you again next year. The worst part is he sent a report to my GP stating that he performed a full exam, and it is a lie!!
