My daughter saw Dr. Harrigan, after being ref. by a vascular surgeon. He never laid a finger on her! He basically told us that the ref. should have never been made with him (although he had spoken with the ref. dr and said he needed to see her) He appeared disgusted with the test/treatment the ref...more
