Saw Dr Hardin for a very rare and complicated problem. No easy answers and he provided no easy reassurances. Don't expect warm and fuzzies but a professional person deals rationally with the data. If necessary, be patient as he tries to solve the issue. Sometimes there are no easy answers.

I thought Dr. Hardin was great! He took time to listen to me and did a thorough exam. He wrote my instructions down and was very easy to understand. I have a follow up appointment scheduled and look forward to great service again!

Best Doctor in Dallas...even Texas!! Fantastic staff as well. Thank you Dr. Hardin!
Flower Mound, TX |
Awful customer service! With an ear infection and earache, I went online looking for the best doctor in the area. I came across Dr. Mark Hardin's website. As a new patient, I scheduled my first visit online (the first appointment available was 1.5 weeks away), since I did not have another good option, I decided to wait. Today Monday 3/20/17, I went to my appointment at 1pm just to find out that the doctor's office did not my name on record. When I questioned the office staff, they told me the

Best ENT in my book. He is caring, professional, detailed and communicates in an exceptional manner. His office staff is amazing. We love them. This will be our family ENT from now on.

Dr. Hardin is very thorough and competant. He performed a complicated sinus surgery for me several years ago which solved my chronic sinus infections and stuffy nose, and I was impressed with the results and with the care from both Dr. Hardin and his staff. Since that date he has worked with me to solve a headache problem and helped me with throat and inner ear problems.

The doctor's okay. But they have a BIG problem in their billing system. Briefly, I got tons of bills from phone call, text, and email for 4 months, which was supposed to be paid by my HRA. But it turned out my HRA company paid promptly and it was cashed out right away. I kept double-checking with them by giving all the info but they didn't put any efforts on it but sending bills. I don't understand how they deposited checks without checking patients' name. The billing system should be improved
