Dr Hanna replaced my hip two weeks ago. I’m back to driving and pretty much back to normal. I had hardly any pain after surgery. I would absolutely refer anyone I know to see dr Hanna for joint replacement. Kathie Allen

Dr Hanna performed a total knee replacement on my left knee last April and did a excellent job. I was back playing tennis within 3 months and today my knee feels great.

Dr. Hanna replaced my right knee. the surgery was quick and painless. The recovery was a lot of work, but he had indicated that would be the case before hand. The staff was always ready to help in anyway they could. I can now say that my right knee is better than my left knee, which he most likely will replace next year.

What can I say? I was difficult getting appointments and finally a surgery date due to Dr. Hanna's reputation, but boy was it worth it. At 8am I was rolled into the OR at St. Joseph's new Harrison Pavilion, had my hip replaced and was home by 1:30pm having lunch with my wife. My surgery was perfect with no post surgical issues or complications. Now at 5 weeks since, I'm perfectly normal again, with full range and functionality and zero pain. It can't get no better than this.

Dr. Hanna personally telephoned me four times:. Twice before surgery including night before surgery & twice after to give me more information regarding my hospital stay. Dr. Hanna's team work together efficiently and respond in timely manner to messages left on patient portal. The physician assistant & Dr. Hanna listen to me and convey concern & understanding of my issues.

I feel as if I won the hip replacement lottery: Dr. Hanna was accessible and friendly - always willing to explain what was going on His staff was professional and courteous at all times Wait times in the office were minimal Most importantly, after the surgery, I had almost no pain. Although I had a prescription for oxycodone, I never took any. What little pain I had I controlled with Tylenol. Simply amazing. I was diligent about PT exercises before and after surgery, but still...
