Over an hour late for scheduled appointment. No explanation, no apology. If you enjoy doctors who are rude and arrogant, this is your man. AVOID.

So disappointed in this firm as well as the Dr. Garrett. The staff has no idea what is going on and they have no concern for the well being of their patients or sense of urgency. I heard many good things regarding Barrows but unfortunately that is not the case regarding this doctor or staff.

He asked me if I had any questions and gave me all the time I needed to make a decision to have surgery or not. I did...Read More
