i have been a patient of Dr. Francis for over 20 years and he has always taken his time with me and listened to my issues. My husband and a daughter of mine also are his patients. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a doctor who cares.

She made me...more

Dr Francis is a great doctor. However the office women forget that they are typists, not physicians. They have this smug, don't waste my time attitude. They're glorified secretaries, just smile, take my information, and shut up. If I want attitude I'll call my ex wife, keep in mind it's my money...more

I found Dr. Francis to be competent, professional and compassionate. So many doctors these days don't have a bedside manner or are too rushed to talk out the problem. You can tell that he is genuinely concerned and wants to help you get better.
