He was a resident in general surgery at the Metropolitan Hospital Center in NYC, after medical school. He subsequently did a residency in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck surgery at the Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital, where he also served as chief resident. Dr. Fox is a member of the New York Head & Neck Society and has been President of the New York State Society of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, the New York Laryngologic Society and the Westchester County Medical Society. Dr. Fox is a board-certified Otolaryngologist-Head & Neck Surgeon and is affiliated with Lawrence Hospital Center, Sound Shore Medical Center, St. John's Riverside Hospital and Mount Sinai Medical Center. He is an Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at Mount Sinai."

Dr. Fox has been great with my son who is now 12. He's been seeing him for about a year for chronic sinus infections. Great phone systems for scheduling and great staff in office. Always. Seen at time of appt. very thorough.

Saw Dr Fox on a Saturday after 3 weeks of severe coughing. He figured out the issue after 3 weeks of unnecessary suffering as the prior Dr missed the diagnosis. He is very rude,has no bedside manners and definitely does not know how to work with pediatric patients.
