Very poor experience. No bedside manner. Felt I was pushing for answers, when Dr. Fox should be explaining to me why I had experienced a ringtone on my left ear. I am still not clear as to what caused the ringtone. His procedures for scraping my ears wax were painful, where he told me not to move, as it could caused him to damage my ear, but I told him the reason that I had moved because he had caused me pain from scraping. He did not go gentle I felt, because I had previous ear specialist clean my ears in the past for several times but not as painful. He also did not pause to consider whether the oil solutions to be used might be the alternative.

This Dr is unfriendly and has no bedside manner. He was unapologetic about the fact that he kept me waiting for 40 minutes. His procedure for removing wax from my ears was rough and painful and he did not apologize when I yelped in pain - essentially blaming me fir having small ear canals. I continued to feel the effects of the harsh tx for a couple of hours. I have had wax removed before with other doctors in this practice and it was never painful.

Dr. Fox has been great with my son who is now 12. He's been seeing him for about a year for chronic sinus infections. Great phone systems for scheduling and great staff in office. Always. Seen at time of appt. very thorough.

Saw Dr Fox on a Saturday after 3 weeks of severe coughing. He figured out the issue after 3 weeks of unnecessary suffering as the prior Dr missed the diagnosis. I've been commuting for 3 hours a day with bronchitis and adult croup exposing fellow commuters and coworkers. This is the 2nd time Dr Fox gets it right. 1st time was over 20 years ago when I was in Lawrence for over a week. Dr Fox was called in, next day I was cured and on my way home.

He is very rude, has no bedside manners and definitely does not know how to work with pediatric patients. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy... after one and a half hour wait in the waiting area she told me there is nothing he can do since my 2 year old daughter refused to open her mouth. I did my best to open the baby's mouth and he concluded there is nothing wrong with her...I saw another ent Dr and he thinks otherwise which speaks volumes about how knowledgeable this Dr is.
