Horrible Dr, told me I did not hurt my knee. Was bending my knee in all directions and could clearly see the pain I was in. Then proceed to tell me how horrible the xray tech were at the facility I was at. I was on the verge of bawling a d so I walked out.

Dr. Failinger is an excellent doctor. I came to see him about the pain in the back of my right knee; he asked me exact questions about my pain. He explained clearly the choices I could take to ease the pain. I chose the shot and the pain was gone within 2 days. Thank you again Dr. Failing for your excellent treatment.

I saw Dr. Failinger for my right shoulder. It was been hurting me for over 9 years. I’ve triedPT in the past with no help. Dr. Failinger listened to me ordered an MRI, tried the corizone shot, and after a few weeks I cameback and we talked. He answered all my questions and recommended no surgery but explained why so I could understand. I’m very grateful. He’s a very good Dr. that’s does right by his patients.

I was visiting family from Wyoming at Thanksgiving and my right knee gave out. One of our sons who is a nurse had ACL surgery performed by Dr. Failinger a couple years ago and highly recommended him. After assessing my injury, Dr. Failinger referred me to Dr. Jared Michalson in the same group. I have had a great experience with highly skilled, professional and compassionate caregivers. After partial knee replacement on both knees, I am grateful for pain-free, strong and stable knees.

Dr. Failinger took the time to thoroughly explain my massive rotator cuff tears (3), how he would repair it, and what I could expect for recovery time. He is kind and patient. I am almost at 100%, in less than a year! I would highly recommend him!

While Dr. Failinger is competent and is friendly when you see him, the processes to schedule appointments is painful each time. I have been receiving orthovisc injections in my knee every six months for chondromalacia for 20 years. When I started working in Denver 2 years ago, I started going to Dr. Failinger for these injections. After having issues scheduling this time, I asked that he call me which he never did.

He is very patient-centric. Takes his time until you are comfortable with the situation. His surgical skills are awesome. He was able to make incisions in a tattooed area without cutting the ink. I had trouble with the surgical scheduling, it took almost four weeks to accomplish. Along with the typical wait times (though I do purposely schedule at the end of the day - so that should be an expectation) of over 45 minutes... are the only negatives.

I came in with an MRI done (shoulder). Assistant said we won't need an xray and let the Dr. know I had MRI results. Made me do xray anyways. Dr. was surprised I had MRI. His assistant loaded it on the computer. Never looked at xrays, so I assume that was to pad the bill? After looking at the MRI says there is nothing wrong even though I can't lift my arm and am in severe pain. Uses a cancer analogy to say I dunno what's wrong. Then suggests blood work and cortisone. Was rude and not helpful.
