This is not a patient of the practice but a former employee who was released after one month employment about 10 years ago.

He gave me a prescription indicating my left eye had changed so I needed new glasses. I couldn't see out of the prescription - so I had to pay to get an incorrect prescription not to mention all the wasted time going to see him and having new glasses made, etc.
