Dr Diercks has proved to me and my family that hope and a manageable life are attainable with his interest in patient diagnosis, medication, hospitalization if warranted and sound interviews with clients. Dr Diercks has transformed me from a woman who could not work and alienated my family to a productive person in life. It took 20 years with many doctors to find the one professional who could make change. Dr Diercks is a "change agent for living skills . Great support staff, Ed and Beth/RN
