Dr. Mark Bursztyn, M.D., is a Board certified orthopaedic surgeon, who completed an orthopaedic sports medicine fellowship at the world renowned NirschI Orthopaedic Center/Georgetown University. As part of his training, Dr. Bursztyn had the opportunity to work with George Mason University's NCAA Final Four Basketball team, as well as the NFL's Washington Redskins. He specializes in treating knee, shoulder, and elbow injuries. In addition to remaining dedicated to patient care, Dr. Bursztyn has also dedicated himself to conducting clinical research. He has co-authored several papers that have been published in reputable peer-reviewed scientific journals, and has delivered podium presentations at large national meetings.
