Disappointed with the front desk. Called to make an appointment as a new patient and was told MAY... its January and they said MAY ? Not very interested in new patients. Bet the DR doesn’t even know his staff is killing his business...

I just sign up as a new patient (January 2021) as I was seeking a male physician that graduated from an American University and medical school. Hard to find these days... However, I should have read the reviews because my first impression and contact with the office wasn't very good. I don't know who does the credentialing for Humana, but they might want to ask a few more questions. Can you imagine my surprise when I was told that I have to wait 3 months to see the doctor? I don't base my decision on a medical practice based on who has the best PA's or medial assistants, I choose the doctor. So if you want to see a doctor, this is not the practice for you. I'm basically throwing away 3 months of premium, because he won't see me for months.

I see Ella Barnett, NP most of the time and that’s who I saw on Tuesday. I was in the hospital a few days prior to this follow up visit. I had seen her 2 days before my hospital stay. I explained to her how much pain I was in but I don’t think she believed me. She listened and did not rush me today & I was happy about that. I really do like her.

Dr. Mark Brooks utilizes that perfect mix of personal interaction, genuine concern, and overall friendliness, along with an unparalleled level of medical expertise that makes for the perfect patient experience every time a visit is required to his office. It is rare, in my opinion, to be able to leave a medical appointment with a renewed sense of confidence about the visit, a bonafide plan until the next visit, and the confidence to apply the directives he sets forth for those times in between. His decades of of experience as a well-trained, well-eductated, and well-versed health care professional shines through every time I visit. In short, I could not envision a better experience as a patient. I highly recommend Dr. Mark Brooks to anyone seeking a top-notch health care professional, and I do so with the utmost confidence.
