I had what I thought was a lump in my throat but my PCP told me it was nothing. I went to Dr. Bickert to discuss a hearing problem and while I was there I asked him about my throat. You will like him until his ego gets in the way. Does not listen to patient. Cares more about what he thinks and his experience versus how the patient is feeling and how long they’ve dealt with the problem. Insurance denied ct scan because they wanted an ultrasound first.
