The reception and billing staff were kind and competent. However, Berger was very rude, condescending, and was more interested in writing a prescription and getting me out the door than actually helping me. I have seen Dr. Burger twice and found him to be very professional and also very considerate, compassionate and caring. I believe he handled my case very well, and that I was lucky to be able to see him.

Horrendous care and communication. Office staff is the worst I've ever encountered. Wait time on exams was terrible. Overall terrible place to send a loved one. Never again.

NOT a good doctor. Told him about my very painful back and neck with pain radiating down arms and legs. His diagnosis was Carpal Tunnel Syndrome when I actually have life threatening severe spinal stenosis. He is VERY RUDE as well. This was the most awful experience with a doctor I've ever had.
