They make you feel like they are doing you a favor and not very friendly. Almost impossible to get an appt. with Dr. Anderson (takes months) and most of the time you have to meet with the NP. They are difficult to get through to on the phone AND you wait a while before getting seen AND to get copies of anything is like going through an act of Congress. Katie one of the NP's is the only one that was helpful. Dr. Anderson is not very compassionate or detailed nor friendly.

very rude, not helpful or compassionate at all for my 19 yr old daughter w/ an nj tube. he said everything's been done. he wouldn't even change her nj tube that childrens hosp has been changing every 6 wks to prevent further problems, he said if it ain't broke he doesn't fix it. didn't refer us to anyone else who may be able to help us. when we walked in for our 2 different appts, he asked what can i do for you? we were there for test results he ordered. it's like he doesn't even look at chart
