Dr. Copeland and her staff are wonderful! Dr. Copeland has excellent bed side manner and made my 9 year-old daughter feel at ease immediately. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful by emailing new patient paperwork and accommodating us with an appointment the very next day! Dr. Copeland really cares about her patients and was extremely thorough taking her time to explain and answer all questions. My daughter healed beautifully! I highly recommend Dr. Copeland to family & friends!

I have been Dr Copeland's patient for more than 3 years and she has always been very attentive and answered any and all questions I have had in a manner that I could understand fully what was going on. She has a very pleasant bedside manner. I have sent several friends and family to her and they have all been very happy with their treatment provided to them by Dr. Copeland. I would highly suggest using Dr. Marilyn Copeland for all your orthopedic needs, especially surgery.

Dr. Marilyn Copeland is an exceptional physician. While being a clear expert in her field, she invited my wife and me to participate in the decision making process. We found her to be pleasant and caring, with a desire to relate through active listening. As a result, we walked away with a plan that provided the best possible care for the total patient – not just the wound. We highly recommend her and the staff at Fondren Orthopedic Group in Webster.

I injured my figure in Jan/18 another surgeon did the repair it has been 7 months with physical therapy and there is no improvement and it is in the swan position I wanted to set an appointment to have a second opinion and was told by the front deck the doctors will not see you until after one year after surgery sorry that's a little ridiculous, so I guess I will let my hand stay screwed up or find someone else. I'm very disappointed that we can have doctor brotherhoods that protect each other.

It is 16 days since my partial knee replacement surgery and I feel really good. I am off pain medicine, my knee looks good and the physical therapist says I am way ahead of schedule. I still have aches and pains but they are manageable. It took me 9 years to do this surgery and I want to tell Dr. Copeland "thank you"! She listened to my concerns and confidently advised me.

Her office staff is horrible. Tried to make my husband pay his deductible twice. Rosie has no clue what she is doing. We had proof it was paid and had the insurance on the line telling her we paid. She still refused to let the Dr awe my husband. The Ins recommended we find another doctor - how sad is that!

Dr. Copeland was such a great Dr. For my 10 year old and me as a mom who was completely confused. Scheduled a appt with Dr. Copeland to be the "tie breaker" between a radilogist report and the original Ortho Dr. we went to. I never even had to say a word, she knew exactly what was wrong and had a game plan. She was beyond professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. She spoke in a way that was easy to understand. Can't really say enough - We really liked her!

I broke my arm 8 days before my son's wedding and had to have surgery to reset the break properly. A friend who underwent hip replacement surgery recommended the Orthopedic group. I was blessed with Dr. Copeland as my surgeon and could not be more pleased with my treatment and the results of the surgery. The doctor and staff were polite, helpful and friendly. I would recommend this group of professionals.

I broke my wrist. I called the Fondren Orthopedic Group. I was able to see Dr. Marilyn Copeland within two days . She examined my wrist and explained all options . Dr Copeland was very informative. I chose to do surgery, which she said was not mandatory for my wrist to heal , but i would have a better chance of pushing back arthritis in later years . I was very pleased with my follow up care. Dennis of Santa Fe, Tx., gives Dr. Copeland a high five!
