While most of the staff and support personnel are great and efficient Dr. Rappai shows little concern for the patient's time making them wait for without giving a reason or apology. Two hour wait time in an office treatment was accepted as an exception. 4 hour wait for dismissal from the hospital was unacceptable!

Dr. Rappai is an excellent physician....the best! She was my husband's doctor for a number of years, and I cannot say enough positive things about her. She is experienced, knowledgable, kind, straightforward, and goes far beyond the call of duty. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Carolyn Smith

I write this review to warn others. While the staff is amazing and provide unparalleled service the doctor herself brings down the experience. Dr. Rappai cost me my job because of an assumption on a device that was given to me malfunctioned. Dr. Rappai is judgmental and will not properly listen to the patient. I recommend if you have to see this person keep records of everything!

Dr. Rappai and most of staff seem uninterested in patient except as a fee producing unit in a production line,

The secretary in the office who called to cancel my appointment was very rude to me - she would not listen to the urgency of my appointment and the time frame in which I needed to see the doctor. I understand Anna wouldn't be there, but it's important to fit in a patient instead of just cancel an appointment - especially one with a time constraint as mine was.
