Awful, awful, awful. I have never been treated so rudely from a Dr. as I was with her. She has a terrible attitude and speaks to her patients like they are scum. I could not believe it. She prescribed a treatment for my skin that should have taken just 8-10 days to heal. I had an extreme allergic reaction. It took over 2 1/2 months and when I called for help to relieve the pain and swelling, all I could talk to was the receptionist that actully was giving me medical advice. It was very bad. When I finally demanded to speak to a nurse, they would only let me speak with a tech. I filed a formal complaint with my insurance company and have now transferred to another company/dermatologist.

Worst experience ever with a "health professional" (Dr. Garcia) and the entire clinic. First: It's no way that you can call that Doctor Garcia, a Health professional, so "arrogant", she looks down at you like she owns the entire world. Hey lady, don't sub-estimates others, you never know who they are, nobody in this world deserves to be treated the way to treat my daughter. Karma is waiting for you. Good luck. Secondly: Called a total of five times, spoke with personnel, left 3 vm, no response.

If you enjoy being stuck in a waiting room for an hour or two until 'Her Highness' decides to make her grand entrance, this is your Dermatologist. If you enjoy an office staff that changes every 6 months and is unfriendly, this is your Dermatologist. If you enjoy the dirty and unprofessional appearance of a medical office, this is your Dermatologist.

Although Dr. Garcia is very nice and capable, her staff isn’t. They made me wait between 24 minutes to over an hour for each appointment. They told me to come in early for my first appointment so that I could provide information, but when I arrived they just ignored me for the first 20 minutes. Then I was given a non-working tablet 3 times to fill in data. Also, I prepaid for services that were never rendered and after a month no refund was received after I was promised 3 times.

Very honest and personable Doctor. She cares about her patients. There is usually a longer wait time for her because of her thoroughness- but I would rather have a really good doctor than a drive thru service when it comes to my health.

I had an appointment and waited in waiting room for 1 hour and half to find out that she couldn't see me. My appointment was at 11.00am and other patients were coming in and were being seeing. Myself and another patient we were sent home with a new appointment. She saw the private patients first and left the ones who have Medicare and Medicaid on the last of her list then she sent her office staff to say she didn't have time to see me. I think she is very un professional. Why make people wait.
