Dr. Cartagena

"She just kept adding drugs and made my conditions worse. Also, staff at Suburban Psychiatric Center are disorganized, rude, and caused so many problems, including saying they didn't accept my insurance and tried to charge me hundreds of dollars after my appointments, before which they had told me they accepted my insurance. All-around horrible experience, I would not recommend to anyone."
