Patient Comments (8)
in Ballwin, MO |
Total opposite of another doctor thete. She takes the time to listen to her patients and runs the necessary tests to properly diagnose you. She always tries to fit you in. Friendly, and sweet. I have seen many doctors and she is one of the best.
Wentzville, MO |
I would not recommend this doctor because of her office secretary/manager that you have to deal with to get to her. Terrible experience that ended up making feel bad about myself. No thanks.
in CHESTERFIELD, MO |
Dr. Whitcraft listens to me very carefully and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. She shows respect for what I have to say. With the Mercy System, she has all the important information about my medical history. I don't have to repeat any past information, she has everything up to date. I would highly recommend Dr. Whitcraft. Her office and staff is wonderful as well!
in Ballwin, MO |
I almost didn't make the appointment with Dr. Whitcraft because i couldn't confirm online that she is board certified. I'm glad i made the appointment anyway. I found her to be a very good listener with a wonderfully analytical mind. She offered up several physical therapy exercises for a sore hand that was unrelated to the problem that brought me there. I believe she is a very empathetic doctor and I'm very glad I ended up in her office. Oh, and she is board certified in Internal medicine.
Glencoe, MO |
She was quick to respond to my condition and stayed calm, ordered all the test, and gave recommendations that gave me quick results on improving my condition.
in St Louis, MO |
Really a proactive Doctor concerning patient heath, at least with myself. This is saying a lot considering I am an difficult patient in the first place when it comes to the medical community in general. She is always professional without being condescending. I was very ill and did not know it. She caught this illness early and pretty much saved my life. I don't know too many doctors like this anymore. She actually tries to get to the root of the problem; I appreciate her diligence.
Ballwin, MO |
She actually pay attention to what I am saying.
Wildwood, Missouri |
I contacted another doctor's office looking for a new doctor, however, they were not taking new patients and recommended Dr. Whitcraft. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following week. I was very comfortable talking with Dr. Whitcraft and she was very thorough.
