Extremely rude and disrespectful. Complete disregard for the welfare of her patients. She completely botched a very serious surgery and ruined my father's back. And then went on to refuse to see him again or even speak to him. Horrible person and an even worse doctor.

I am six weeks out from Dr Nichols performing a fusion of L5 and S1. I did not expect to feel this good so soon. I am very grateful to Dr. Nichols and her staff. I was given exceptional and professional care. I couldn't be more satisfied with the results.

When she has a patient that obviously is alergic to a medication and or reaction to a med. She won't even change the med to help a patient. If your just in it for the money go into plastic surgery.

She did back surgery on me a few months ago. I feel like she gave me my live back. I had tried every other thing for 10 years, including PT, pain injection and pain meds. I should have gone to Dr. Nichols 10 years ago. I truly believe when she first examined me if she thought she could not help...Read More
