Forsyth, GA |
Dr. Nichols really takes her time with her patients and makes us feel like family. The wait time is not always ideal but the visit with her is well worth the wait. With her new staff, I no longer dread going to the doctor. A smiling face definitely makes a difference.
Macon, GA |
Dr Nichols is a caring Dr. She is very thurough with her exam and treatment. I will always be her patient. The office staff has recently changed making it much nicer environment and easier to get in and see her. One Of The best aspects of having Dr Nichols as a physician is the fact that you will always see her, she does not have a NP or PA. You will always get one on one care that seems to fall away with most of The larger practices.
in Macon, GA |
Dr. Nichols is very politically driven which can at times get in the way of her performance as a doctor. Many times we have spent more time talking politics than we have about my conditions. She is usually very nice but has on occasion been abrupt with me. I'm uncomfortable and will leave her feeling with unresolved issues concerning my health status. I love her staff, though.
in Macon, GA |
Every time I've been to see Dr. Nichols, I have waited at least an hour in the waiting room and another 30-60 minutes once I've been brought back. I know that every visit will be at least a 2-hour ordeal for 5 minutes of her time. In those 5 minutes, she only talks and doesn't listen. I came in a few weeks ago for important bloodwork, in which, I was forced to pay an additional copay to get my results. She never did explain the results to me, even after I paid. I highly question her capabilities
