Always a very long wait, no matter what time I go. Staff is inattentive. Once, it took 10 minutes for the person who opened the door for me to come back and give me the sign in tablet. Dr. Alexander is also not very efficient. I came in for a pap smear and IUD consult. After the pap smear, she gave me two pamphlets about IUDs and left. There was no clear explanation about the next steps (turns out I need to get another swab so I had to come in again) or discussion about the differences.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Alexander She saved my life. The other doctor missed by cancer. Thanks to her I am cancer free. She has a terrific bedside manner, is caring and kind.

Dr Alexander is an amazing doctor and you can tell she cares about her patients. She sits down and listens to you and treats you with respect and she's so personable. I learned be going to her.
Salt Lake City, UT |
Most unprofessional experience I've ever encountered with a doctor. I would recommend just going elsewhere and not wasting your time with this one!

Excellent Excellent Doctor! Very thorough and patient.
Bethesda, MD |
I have never had a good experience with this office. I make my appointments to be at times when it shouldn't be crazy busy, and I understand being sometimes busy and needing to wait while they help someone that is taking longer, but I frequently have to wait 45+ minutes. I don't find the doctor polite, though her staff are. She won't work with my insurance and she charged me $20 for a panty liner (seriously? I could buy 4 boxes for that cost). My insurance refused to pay that and she won't work

Dr. Alexander was by far the worst experience I've ever had with any health care professional. Not only was she rude and cold in conversation, her communication was terrible in delivering the test results. She overcharged my visits and withheld test results solely because I did not drive an hour back to her office to physically receive the results from her. Needless to say I will never step foot again in Dr. Alexander's questionable office.

When I was going through one of the most difficult challenges I have ever faced, I was grateful to be in the care of Dr. Margaret Alexander. I would recommend her to anyone for the excellence with which she and her staff treated me.
