I've been a patient at this practice, but after today's debacle, I won't be going back. When I scheduled the appointment, I told the receptionist what was what was wrong and what needed to be done. I got there, waited an hour to be seen, and then was told the doctor didn't have enough time to do what I needed. No apology for making me wait...wasting 2+ hours of my day. Just, you need to go somewhere else, bye. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. I'll be finding a new dermatologist.

The wait times are excessive. Had a 4:00 p.m.appointment and waited over an hour to be seen. Assumed that was risk associated with a late appointment. Scheduled my next appointment for 8:00 a.m. After waiting an hour, I just left and have found another dermatologist who respects my schedule and obligations.

The wait times are excessive. I arrived 20 min before my appt and had to reschedule and leave an hour and 15 min past my appt time. This is very frustrating due to my work schedule. The front desk person provided me two different explanations that did not make sense. Also being told that this is the norm and I should have known which was not in my paperwork or explained via phone. Although I was assured that I would be seen thoroughly by the Doctor I could not miss a half a days work.

Dr. Cardelli is a great doctor. Very patient and great at taking the time to explain the procedure and see if you have any questions. My issue is more with the office/appointment times. . They need to figure out how to schedule appointments better. Not once have I been seen faster than 45 min after my appointment time. I think it is unacceptable to have patients not get seen within 15 min of their appointment times.
