Dr Lancman had little interest in my welfare. He was much more interested in doing more tests to enrich himself.

Spends no more than 5 minutes at appointment. Anymore seizures? NO, Good, let's make an appointment in 3 months. The nurse that first comes in interviews you for about 10 minutes, not much, blood pressure, weight, medicine dosages, are you taking, etc. The original doctor that had this practice, Dr. Fertig, unfortunately moved out west.

I have been going to Dr.Lancman for 8 yrs now and I have been seizure free since 2010 thanks to him after being on wrong medication for 15 yr. He listens to all of my questions and answers them in a way I can fully comprehend them and it doesn't sound like medical gibberish. Whenever I have a problem I call his staff and they are so pleasant and helpful and very quick with providing documents if I am in need of them. If you are searching for a doctor for your seizures hes the one.

Extremely unprofessional staff answering phone... When calling to ask if I could schedule an appointment for a new patient I was asked if the patient had epilepsy. When I responded no, the receptionist rudely replies, "Oh. Well no then."

I recently started having seizures, and after 8 months of CAT scan, MRI, and EEGs, Dr. Lancman has no answers for me as to WHY, or what I should do about them. I don't feel like he explained my test results or options thoroughly in the 30 seconds he sauntered in and out of the room. He definitely didn't make me feel like he cared about me. The head nurse is great and took time to explain things and answer questions after he left me confused, scared and frustrated. No answers, no options, nothing

Does not seem the least bit interested in the patient's needs. The Physician's Assistant on the other hand is attentive, interested, and responsive.
