I do not feel Dr Blaya is a team player. Every patient needs to have a healthcare advocate, yet Dr Blaya seems to resent anyone ,other than the patient, asking questions. His answers to questions are abrupt and final !

Dr. Blaya is a kind and compassionate doctor. My mother was having several complications due to chemo and bleeding hemorrhoids. Her onc repeatedly sent her to the ER to have blood transfusions, but ignored the source of the bleeding.Dr. Blaya stepped in and in an aggressive but caring manner informed her she needed hemorrhoidectomy. I believe he's the only doctor in this group with a heart. During her last days of life, he stopped what he was doing in the hall to show emotional support. TY
