NOT a good experience. Would NOT recommend. Pulled groin, fractures in pelvis and sacrum and he had no other recommendations other than to go home and take it easy, "its like putting a bandaid on a cut". Made me feel uncomfortable and afraid to ask questions. I brought a friend with me and they thought the same and said they never met a doctor with such an attitude. I changed doctors and am very happy with another practice who made me feel like I was appreciated as a patient and they explained in thorough my MRI (which showed 2 fractures in the pelvis, not 1 as was previously diagnosed). This doctor also would not prescribe medicine for my pain for more than 5 days. SAD. I was in excruciating pain for almost 12 weeks. He was not very nice. YUP, I would NOT recommend Dr. Matarazzo

He is awesome. Thorough, spends time with you and answers your questions. Eases concerns. I was there for my knee and he even had a hunch about a blood clot in my leg. Absolutely correct. Highly recommended!!!

I went to Dr. Matarazzo for a bicep injury and received nothing but straight forward, honest caring advice. A MRI was scheduled promptly and surgery followed shortly after. My distal-bicep tendon was torn, fast forward 5 weeks and I’m back to lifting and everyday life. Would highly recommend.

I called to make an appointment. I told them I had surgery with another doctor 8 months ago. They scheduled my appointment. I’m in the examination room. I explain I had surgery 8 months ago to the nurse. She comes back in and says doctor Marc F. Matarazz won’t be able to see me and walked me out of the office! They refused to see me because I had surgery with another doctor 8 months ago for a different issue. I didn’t know you’re only allowed to see one doctor forever.

My experience with Dr. Matarazzo was excellent. With a professional demeanor on first meeting, he assessed my knee issue and diagnosed it right away, and then treated it then and there. He did not recommend surgery, but had a steady hand when removing fluids and injecting a shot of medication with accurate aim. I was a new patient in search of a local Dr. And really lucked out. His assistant is very kind and helpful as well. I highly recommend him.

Awful. They do volume in numbers. No actual personal care. Dr. Didn't even spend 5 minutes in the rm.I went to him in excruciating pain in my r. knee due to a head-on collision.Although I had an MRI & report w/me taken the week before, they insisted on taking their own X rays. He wrote a rx for PT 2-3 x's p wk. The initial evaluator was great. The next session was a joke. apparently i was receiving PT simultaneously w/another patient from the same therapist.I was left on table for long periods

I would not recommend this Dr to anyone all he cares about is the money not your well being. I went to him due to his supposedly sports medicine practice. What a joke. I spent a total of ten minutes with him in two visits my out of pocket $150. He basically made me think my hip pain was in my head. Until I got home and read my MRI then called him back to inquire why he said nothing about the labrum fray, tear in my hamstring and tendentious. I would say that could be why I was in pain.
