Excellent service! Very caring and thoughtful doctor.
in Mckinney, TX |
Outstanding cardiologist with very thorough approach and an amazing listener. He clearly understood my symptoms and diagnosed me and treated me in the first 2 visits. I did not have to see him again until 6 months and I had no recurrence of symptoms in the time frame. Outstanding care.

He takes the time to listen to my concerns. I never feel "rushed". Every time I see him, he knows about me! Often he returns calls personally. And, his office staff is always courteous.

Terrible cardiologist. Dislikes old people

I am a long term CHF patient. I contracted AF and was told just a progression of CHF. Totally wrong. It was due to a drug I told him I was on. My research showed the drug could cause AF once i stopped the drug the AF went away. Mean time i was put on blood thinners now i am off! I feel he does nothing to diagnosis real issue just assumes based on current condition and follows ACC guidelines. If I had not done my own research i would have AF and on blood thinners

Dr.Krock is the doctor for my parents for several years in Plano, Tx. My father passed away and I had to move my mother to Sherman, Tx to assisted living and memory care...Dr. Krock has kept an eye on my mother's health and she is doing very well at almost 92 years old. Great Office gang... Thank YOU! Kristine Hess Ross

1st appt was a consultation and 2 appt was my echo. 2 days later the front desk calls me to tell me the condition I have. I asked questions since I have never heard it it before and she couldn't answer them. She would then ask the doctor and call me back. This was back and forth until she asked me to come in. I showed up to the office and we talked in person. I asked if I was going to get charged for this and she clearly said NO. I got charged. I appealed and they said they had no notes abt it.
