I've been seeing Dr Kress about 10 years. Great bedside manner and excellent diagnostician. Sometimes I get a bit frustrated with appointment wait times, but it's worth it. Good family physicians are not easy to find!

some of the staff are rude, and insensitive, they don't return phone calls, and you have to call repeatedly to get a referral, and to leave a doctor a message you have to dictate to someone at desk, and I got no call back. yea sorry I stayed with office as long as I did!

The office staff make it completely worthless to even try to see any doctor at this office. They are rude, unhelpful, and make patients feel like an inconvenience .

Dr. Kress is great. Other practitioners come and go and have been so so. But office management has been TERRIBLE. For example, today I went to pick up a script. They remembered seeing it but could not find it. Referrals are always hit or miss. I need to find another PCP.

Always takes time to listen and answer questions. Good diagnostician. Kind and caring. Have been seeing him over 20 years. Seldom wait long, but never mind it because he gives time needed to everyone. My husband saw him also before he died even earlier than I did. Good man!

Your office staff should focus on whats best for the client not how to get the most money from the insurance company. The letter you sent to explain why you billed two office visits is insulting, yes you can bill for a preventative and a regular office visit , but if all that made it a non routine visits was giving a medication refill that took your doctor a whole five minutes I do not want to attend a practice like that. The fact that you have a letter prepared shows me you do this to everyone you can, trying to maximize the money you collect. Your wait times are also horrible. Care of the doctors is amazing , but the office staff makes me never want to return

Dr Kress is very thorough and kind. He takes care to ensure that every patient receives the care they need, answering any questions they may have. As a result, I often have to wait to see him, but his care is worth the wait. Additionally, he and his staff are available for emergent/same day appointments when you cannot wait.

I am a patient of Dr Kress now for 17 years! As a diagnostician he is outstanding, with a precision on diagnosing and treatment unequaled! He is consistently courteous, but always with much respect. He is conscious of the scheduled appointments and the waiting time to be served is reasonable. I am in transition, with possible relocation to another state, yet one key factor for me to think very seriously about leaving is my medical treatment by Dr Kress. I doubt finding a better doctor. Thank you

I’ve been with this practice for approximately 28 years now and can’t say enough good things. They take the time to listen to your concerns and treat you appropriately. I recently had a bad infection that my specialist wasn’t helping me with and Kate the NP spent over an hour listening and finally treated me so that the infection cleared up.

Extreme wait times and apathetic staff. Dr. Kress himself is friendly and caring but I am switching providers due to the quality of service. If you don't mind waiting over an hour for a ten minute consultation, then proceed at your own risk.

I see a different doctor in Dr. Kress's office; however, all the doctors here are very good. The problem I have is the customer service/ receptionists. They are extremely rude and condescending when you ask questions or ask for help. Really hurting the business with such bad impressions from them.
