I am disappointed about my experience. I had a procedure done and my experience was fine. But i had gotten a estimate from doctor after they spoke to my insurance company, i was given a cost and moved forward with the procedure. A few months later i received a bill double the cost. At no point was i told there was a separate fee for the facility. When i called to ask how much the procedure would cost, i was expecting to be told the truth, i did not ask how much does the doctor charge. I was lied to.

I've only been a patient of Dr. Fiorillo's for a short time. But in the few months that I've seen him, he's been patient, listens to all my concerns and always offers a solution to try. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a solid gastroenterologist. I'm very glad that my allergist referred me to Dr. Fiorillo.

Let me start by saying i do not like doctors in general. Nor do I trust them. However, this doctor is not only knowledgable but he is not one to suggest surgery first. He is smart, caring and prevented my husband from getting a totally unecessary surgery. He is about the one and only doctor that I do trust. If you have any gastro problems, please see him...he will be honest with you. And he knows his stuff and then some!

Marc Fiorillo iis the reason I am alive today. He supported me in my quest to regain my health and when I failed, he sent me to Montefiore, one of the best hospitals in NYC for a liver transplant. He pushed to get me on the waiting list there and within 7 months of entering their program, I had a new healthy liver. Although I am still an outpatient at Montefiore, 13 months post-transplant, he still treats me for resultant issues from the transplant. I see him knowing he always has my back.

I went to Dr Marc Fiorillo's practice for a colonoscopy for the first time. Of course I was very nervous not knowing what to expect. Dr Fiorillo and his entire staff treated me excellent. What impressed me the most was that they took into consideration my phobia of needles attached to an IV. So they made special consideration for me and waited until right before the procedure to attach the IV, which by the way I didn't feel a thing. Throughout the entire experience I felt very comfortable.

I have used Doctor Fiorillo several times, he is always treated me well and was very concerned with all the details of my visit. The last time was due to food poisoning and he was able to figure out what is was and treated me appropriately. Doctor Fiorillo also treated my Grandmother in Montifore Hospital in NYC, he was very caring with her. She would always say how nice he was and how he always came to check in with her. He really cares about his patients, they are not just numbers to him!!!

Dr. Fiorillo stands in a league of his own. The care that I have received as his patient, is bar none. Dr. Fiorillo has helped me navigate complex gastroenterological challenges and he has done so with great care and patience. I have known no other physician who cares for his patients the way that he does and I hold him is the highest regard. Immaculate facilities; both the office and the procedure suite, accommodating and friendly staff and could not ask for better care. Amazing all around!
