Marc Elliot Finkelstein, M.D., F.A.C.S.

A Board Certified Surgeon, Marc Elliot Finkelstein, MD, FACS, is an attending surgeon at Southside Hospital in Bay Shore, New York, Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip, New York and St. Joseph Hospital, Bethpage, N.Y. He is also an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Stony Brook Medical Center, Stony Brook, N.Y.

For several years Dr. Finkelstein was the Director of the area's Level 2 Trauma Program. He was also a member of the New York State Trauma Advisory Committee.

Dr. Finkelstein completed his surgical residency at Metropolitan Hospital and Westchester Medical Center. He completed a Colon Rectal Fellowship at Grand Hospital Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio in 1988.

Dr. Finkelstein has been in practice on the South Shore of Long Island, New York for over 20 years.
