Dr. Yelle has been such a blessing to me. His kindness and empathy make him an excellent doctor. He always listens and tries to tailor his treatment to your needs as much as it is possible. When you ask a question he doesn’t rush through the answer with a bunch of doctor lingo. He explains it in layman’s terms and always asks if he made himself understood. He fights for his patients and I’m so happy to have found this doctor and to have him in my corner. My nerve pain is at a manageable level now and I can mostly lead a normal happy life. Thank you Dr. Yelle

I am so thankful that I have found Dr. Yelle. I’ve only been going to REX Pain and Spine for a few months and we are still trying to sort out my pain issues but, I’m in my 7th year of comorbidity problems on top of chronic and unmanaged pain so, I don’t expect things overnight. We tried one procedure and it didn’t work so we’re going to try another. I have numerous spinal issues and I understand the magnitude of probably needing surgery to fix my back but, until then, Dr. Yelle seems committed to helping me anyway that he can. He is very, very caring, approachable, relaxed, intelligent, nonjudgmental, unassuming, and takes the time to listen. Again, I am so so thankful that I was referred to him.

Dr. Yelle, helped me when I moved from Florida with severe back pain. The treatment I received in Florida was horrible. I couldn't even walk. He gave me four shots and I could at least walk the next day. I have been going to Dr Yelle the last 9 months for further treatment and have had outstanding results. His professionalism, compassion and kindness are first class. I greatly respect him he is an outstanding doctor. I highly recommend Dr Yelle at Carolina Pain & Spine ! Thank you Dr Yelle!

DONT'T STOP READING THIS REVIEW TILL YOU HAVE REACHED THE VERY HAPPY ENDING!!! HOPE FOR A GREATER QUALITY OF LIFE FOR MY MOTHER WITH DR. YELLE! That is what Dr. Yelle has given to my mom who was in the hospital with severe intestinal pain after eating when no other doctor on her case could. After the surgeon advised us that surgery was not an option (one even said pain management was not a viable option!!), in walked Dr. Yelle....correction - Dr. Hope! One look and I could tell this man was different. Let this be your take away from our experience, Make Dr. Yelle your Pain Management Doctor. His staff is wonderful and he is a great at what he does. 5 stars across the board for each rating ...plus 5 stars for being a really nice guy!

June/July 2018 - My mother came to town visiting from another state and had 4 fractured discs in her spine and in immense pain. She was unable to take pain meds and we were referred to Dr. Marc Yelle. He was able to perform 2 successful Kyphoplasty surgeries and my mom has her life back. Dr. Marc Yelle was extremely compassionate and patient with our 83 year old mother. Anyone that has legitimate reasons for needing a Pain Specialist, Board Certified physician should see Dr. Marc Yelle.

I was diagnosed with a large bulging disc and other issues and in a lot of pain and discomfort. I honestly thought I was heading for surgery. Dr. Yelle gave me my first pain shot, which made my discomfort so minimal for over five months that I was able to go back to work and lead a normal life. He and his staff went over everything with me in detail, and I am so thankful that I was referred to his practice.

Dr. Yelle took xrays and found I had a broken rib. This may seem like nothing exceptional, but I already had an xray and numerous visits with orthopedic doctors, PTs and chiropractors. Dr. Yelle didn't just blindly trust my previous doctors. He looked at my condition with an open mind and executed good reasoning skills to solve the problem. The staff were all really nice too. You have to show up a half hour early but they always took me within 5 minutes. No waiting at all.

Recently I experienced severe nerve pain in my back and leg. I feel most fortunate to have been treated by Dr. Yelle. He was most caring and considerate to me and understood the severe pain I was experiencing. His staff fit me into his busy schedule and then Dr. Yelle followed up the next day to see how I was doing. He is a knowledgeable and caring doctor. Without any hesitation I would recommend him.

Dr. Yelle was assigned as my anesthesiologist after my first visit to Rex UNC Pain Clinic in Raleigh. Being a younger person with a number of chronic health problems can generate some incredulity and bias in physicians, but in my time as a patient, I have experienced nothing but patience and straightforward communication with him. I've found Dr. Yelle to be highly informed, happy to educate his patients, and willing to work together to find sustainable solutions for pain management. Thank you!

Dr. Yelle performed two epidural injections for treatment of sciatica due to spinal stenosis. The first one didn't last, and and the second approach made quite bug difference. I am 98% pain free. He is professional and sympathetic to the patient's needs. His staff is exceptional, taking care of the patients in a pleasant, courteous manner, from from the nurses to the technicians to to the front desk. I highly recommend this practice.
