Dr. Ybarra is an excellent physician and pain management specialist. He is a superb listener who truly cares about his patients wellbeing. I have been to Dr. Ybarra and two other pain management doctors over the last 5 years for severe lumbar and cervical disk disease and he is by far the best and most caring.

I am very impressed with Dr Ybarra because he stoped and explained what was going on and was wanting to help me relief my pain ASAP. The office staff was very pleasant also. I will be recommending him to anyone who needs help. A++++++ in my book.

My husband went to Dr. Ybarra for pain management due to herniated disc and after 2nd round of injections, he was pain free! Great bedside manners and really takes his time to make you feel comfortable. Strongly recommend Dr. Ybarra.
Cibolo, TX |
Amazing doctor. Extremely caring, understanding and a great listener. Very obvious he knows his patients needs and suggest procedures that the patient feels comfortable with. Dr. Ybarra has helped me in my journey to feeling better which has helped me with my quality of life. The staff is also professional and is always willing to answer questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Ybarra.

BEWARE, RISKY CARE!! This "practice" is a joke. It is all about the money. He never even examined me, not once. His clerical help are untrained and ridiculously aggressive and rude...they think that because they have on uniforms it gives them the right to perform medical care and make decisions. YIKES!!! But, I'm sure they work cheap - good for Dr. Ibarra's pocketbook - BAD FOR PATIENTS! My symptoms are worse now since I let him inject my back. I can barely walk, pain is intolerable.

Dr. Ybarra is one of the best doctors I've ever been to! He explained everything in great detail relating to my lower back problems, the treatment required, and has an incredible "bedside" manner with his patients. His staff is courteous, knowledgable, and friendly...they are a reflection of a top notch doctor!
in Universal City, TX |
Office staff have no concept of customer service. They refused to do what was necessary to file my claim, and therefore turned me away without letting me see the doctor. As if that was not bad enough, as I was walking out the door, one of them hollered after me, have a nice day. Felt like I was at a Dollar store rather than at a professional practice. That person should be fired.

Dr. Ybarra and his staff are incredible. Everyone in the office is kind and appreciates you as a patient. After a painful shoulder injury Dr. Ybarra helped to manage the pain and using his network, connect others to start the recovery process and learn more about how to treat it. While not fully recovered, with the support of Dr. Ybarra and his team, I've managed to maintain an active lifestyle while recovering from the most painful experience I've faced. Thank you sincerely, Marcus

I would recommend Dr Ybarra to anyone with chronic panic. He listen to your problems and then makes a recommendation. He will do everything and anything in his power to get patients out of pain.If he feels he has done everything possible, the only other option is surgery I know that is when he will tell you and send to a surgeon.I can say that because he treated for me years before doing all he has done to finally after about 20 yrs with pain, I have gone from 8 on a good day to a 0 on pain level
