My mother has been having issues with her lungs. She went to the ER last wknd and was asked to follow up with Dr.Cabrera. My mother sat in his office and was never physically checked and waited patiently till he tried to access her hospital records on his computer. After several attempts, he wasn't able to diagnose her. He also failed to provide her with the results of her pulmonary breathing exams she has a month ago. One thing he didn't forget to do was charge her the copay of $45.
