I can't rate my experience because I have called there three times to schedule an appointment and after pushing option 1, I sit on hold and no one answers.

BEWARE
Dr. Bhamrah is amazing. But his support staff completely sucks and never follows through with anything. I guess he’s so busy that he doesn’t really care. I have switched Pulmonologists because of this. BEWARE

The Pulmonary Function Technician was rude. I told him continually taking my mask on and off was stupid. He accused me of calling him stupid, which I did not. He told me I needed to treat him with respect. Never mind I was not being treated with respect. I was after all, only the patient. I got up to leave. He blocked my exit and shoved me with his elbow. I tried to tell the front desk, but they were not concerned in the least.

He was my doctor for many years. Yes, his front office staff at times is weird, but they get the job done. the only reason He is no longer one of my doctors is that I moved to N/E Colorado, quite a trip for an office visit.

Please take your business elsewhere. The office staff is incredibly rude and the medical care is sub-par. This practice does not have the patient's best interests in mind. They are more concerned about piling up office visit charges than providing quality, timely care to their patients. Please trust me when I say you are better off looking elsewhere.

This is actually concerning the person who left a review on 2/18/18, for Dr. Bhamrah. After a cpl hospital stays late 2017, I too, needed to follow up w/a pulmonologist..Dr Bhamrah. I began seeing him in 2015, but stopped, because I was very uncomfortable & not sure why. 2 yrs later, I decided to give the office a 2nd chance..maybe it was just me. I tried several visits w/same end result. Something about that office scared me & not too keen on office staff either.

I came here after being hospitalized for breathing issues. I was in a bad mood for having to follow up with a doctor. I came in for a "breathing test" in the worst mood. I was completely rude towards the young man that did my test. Yet, this young professional continued to explain every step and did my test with a gentle smile. He thanked me for coming in and I left without even thanking him. I later realized that I had taken my anger out on him. I can't wait to return and apologize.

I started to come here, because my sister was being seeing by this doctor. He is a good doctor, but the lady at the front desk is rude. After the way I was last treated, when I tried to schedule an appointment, I won't be returning. I do not deal well with rudeness, so I will seek a new Dr. Dr Bhamrah, also makes me feel intimidated.

My cardio Dr. sent me to see Dr. Bhamrah, so reluctantly, I made an appointment. On my 1st visit, I learned more about sleep apnea in 15 mins than I did after 2 years at a place I went to several years ago! I felt Dr. Bhamrah was very caring & took the time to explain things to my husband & I. He had me schedule a breathing test & a sleep study. Saw him today for the results. Again, he explained things in detail. I trust him & will cont. to see him. If he runs late, it's because he's taking time

This office needs to get with the 21st century, they only have 1 phone line (which is always busy) & no website. It doesn't matter to how good this Dr. may be if you can not get hold of anyone.
