Excellent rheumatologist! Great at listening to what patients have to say and providing the best plan of treatment. I had an urgent appointment and was able to get an appointment that very same day! I would definitely recommend!

We are moving from the north to the Jacksonville area. My mother had been seeing a team of doctors for the past four years in New England. Her first appointment with Dr. Relan was pivotally educational. Dr. Relan was prepared to meet with her having reviewed her records in advance and was able to offer her more options to consider than those she was offered elsewhere. We are grateful to have found Dr. Relan.

First appointment was the usual, evaluation, assessment and lab ordered. I was on RA med from previous rheumatologist, he would not reorder " need labs"- Rx for Folic Acid and OTC Turmeric. Due to change of insurance I couldn't see him until 4 months later. Next visit, no RA prescription, more lab ordered and same day, he would receive revisits and call in RA med. It's been 9 days, no meds, no call back. I checked my lab results online . So $400 later I have not received treatment!

Office personnel were horrible, would not explain that they had two separate office locations, and that they moved from one place to another. When I let the office manager know that I had shown up at the wrong location because I had not been informed it would be at the other location, she angrily yelled at me and told me I was wrong. Later she harassed me and continually called my phone and would then hang up. Incredibly unprofessional staff! I have absolutely no intention of ever returning.

Excellent physician!!! I had seen multiple providers and he was the ONE provider that put all the puzzle pieces together which eventually lead to the EXACT diagnosis of Crohn's disease.Thank you Dr.Relan for getting my health back on track.

Dr Relan is the only Dr I have seen since I have had arthritis in 1.5 yrs. He's giving me good advice on what to do but the man has no sympathy at all. Will not tell you about diet [ important with arthritis] , he is very short and blunt. I tried to tell him about my left shoulder he said , ' go see your other Dr. Did not even look at if problem could be the JOINT . ......hello. Not happy.
