Office is not clean. Multiple surfaces that must be touched. Waiting room is usually full (not a good idea during COVID). A short wait would be 30 minutes after your appointment time, sometimes over an hour. Some staff are friendly most are not. Sign in sheet is visible to all other patients and they want your name and date of birth (HIPAA?). Appointments are usually with an intern then the doctor comes in and prescribes something and leaves. If any other concerns are brought up he is usually dismissive of anything that cannot be easily treated with a pill.
