Simply the Best
I had been treated for atopic dermatitis by two other dermatologists and suffered for over two years with the itching-scratching cycle, resulting in open sores from head to toe. Dr. Warthan cleared my issue in less than 3 months. She and her team are fantastic.

My visits were with the PA which were fine. HOWEVER, their acctg practices are awful. They required full deductible prior to any treatment, even though I knew I had met some or all of my deductible. So of course 3 months later I still do NOT have my return $$$. They told me it could take up to 8 weeks. This is absolutely absurd. I would not recommend this practice just because of this.

Feedback from a new client
Very good experience with PA. My wife has several skin-related issues and staff addressed each and every one with care and interest. Answered all questions and provided reasonable, caring responses with appropriate remedied. All staff members, including PA, were enthusiastic and positive. A great visit as a brand new client. Highly recommend this McKinney practice.

Went on vacation
Dr Warthan's staff called to reschedule my cosmetic dermatology appointment with her the week before my appointment date because she was going on vacation. Her practice seems to be very cancer focused and her staff didn't otherwise have much information on their services besides shave and punch biopsies. They weren't very interested in discussing scar minimization even and I am probably not going to give them another chance. Dr. Naylor was more down to earth and did just fine closing the punch biopsy I was worried about. This is not a very sophisticated dermatology practice.

I had a very successful visit with Dr Naylor yesterday. He listened to what my problems are, took a look, then proceeded to outline a treatment. I am hopeful that his intuition is correct and this will work. I go back in 6 weeks. The office & people were very pleasant.

My doctor was Dr. Marinero. His care was great and his staff were excellent. However, my last visit with him was in May 20 20. The office overbilled mean $623.41. To date they have not communicated with me about this issue nor have they sent me any kind of payment. Very unprofessional. I am currently in contact with the Texas medical board about this issue.

For the negative mean review a man recently left about billing...it is clearly explained in paperwork signed before the appointment. I have used Dr. Wartham quite a few times regarding issues of my "aging" skin and over exposure to sun issues. The office people are very polite..the technicians and doctor are kind and empathetic. I have had to have various medical procedures and complicated procedures are always more than just a co pay. This is a business...not a charity. I highly recommend this Doctor and staff.

Very disappointed in my appointment! Very rushed! Thought I was getting a full body exam. Half my body wasn’t looked at and the rest of my body was glanced at in around 60 seconds?! Specifically asked for a female doctor and got a male doctor?! Not very friendly or informative. Worst doctors visit in my life! The areas weren’t even wiped clean before numbing needle or before procedure? Seriously??? Unreal!!! I Will not go back there!
