PATIENT BEWARE!!!! This is the worst experience I have ever had with a so called medical professional. It should have been a red flag when out of all the doctors that were taking new patients, he had only a two week wait. He never looked up from his computer for more than a few seconds and the visit was over in about three minutes. This man has absolutely no bed side manner and will make you feel like you are annoying him with any questions you might have. I gave him a second chance and encountered the same disgruntled man. Both visits I was asked personal questions with the exam room door wide open as well. His assistant isn’t any better, having a rude attitude of you should happen to get her on the phone. She told me, “ I heard you the first time” when trying to explain the reason for my call. If I didn’t need the medication refil, I would have told her off right then. If you want more than a drive through Dr. than do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Dissapointed. 1. He missed to diagnoze me with Shingles when my whole foot was nothing but blisters - become one big blister. Gave me pills, blisters healed but now I have postherpetic neuralgia - thats pain for the rest of my life ( at age 35), which could be avoided if you get antiviral pills on time. Maybe I came in too late for that, but fact remains he never said Shingles ( I realized that myself 2 years later watching youtube - adding dots together ). 2. Kept getting pains and sores all over my body, its chronic getting better then going worse. Up and down 4 years now. I get these bouts-flare ups (diagnozed with crohns autoimune dissorder 3 years ago ) when I cant function and go to ER (cause it feels like I'm diying - all systems malfunctioning). So I tell doctor something is creating chain reaction - and he's like "lets choose one symptom and I will give you pills". But I have 5-10 symptoms I'm suffering most off the year. 3. He wouldn't spent on me more that 5 min.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Riad’s for about 15yrs. He is very compassionate and understanding. He has never denied me a referral or been condescending which is SO common with doctors. He always fits me into his busy schedule within a few days if I have a problem that needs to be addressed right away. His staff is VERY efficient and his office runs like a well-oiled machine. I would never switch PCP until he retires.

We have drive through fast food, drive through ATM's.. and now it seems we have drive through doctors too ! I went in for a yearly physical and within 5 minutes it was done and he was showing me out of the door. In those 5 minutes I was the one who told him that I needed a blood work up and other necessary tests that were due, NOT him,,, in fact he was totally clueless as to my medical records. I'm switching to a doctor who CARES about his patients, and will take the time.

Irresponsible doctor. After switching primary doctors to Dr. Riad, I was denied a medication that I have taken daily for years. Does not consider well being of patients in regards to the effects of abruptly stopping a medication. Will be switching to a doctor who cares for their patients well-being!

Best experience ever! Great staff, minimum wait time and thorough service! This doctor is on the Athena network so you can access all your test results. They're a high tech office! I forgot my insurance card but he accessed the info online in secinds as well as all my medical history from my other doctors - even my prescriptions! That means no mistakes, no prescription conflicts, no having to run back and forth to update to other doctors myself! Sweet! You definitely want this doctor!
