After waiting for almost 1.5 hours I saw the Dr. I was told i have Psoriatic Arthritis. Recommended i get blood work but wouldn't be able to follow up with me for 6 to 8 weeks due to a planned vacation. I expressed my frustration but asked if there was anything I can do at home for diet or home remedies that could help until the next visit. Was told she wouldn't discuss the home remedies until the next appointment. If you are planning a vacation and know bloodwork is necessary for treatment you should not be scheduling new appointments until you are actually able to treat your patient in a timely manner. I wasn't asking for a miracle cure but something to do homeopathically until I can be seen again. After stating I would not come back, she tried to continue stating that seeing me sooner was not physically capable. I tried calling the office to speak with a manager to express my frustration and the office would not answer the phones.

Went there for to see if I have rheumatoid arthritis. She did mulitiple tests, I think all the she could order that my insurance would cover. I went back to hear the results and she just yes you have rheumatoid arthritis. When asked why she thought that as all results were normal she just said it was a clinical diagnosis so the testing was all for not. She then wanted to put on meds and schedule ongoing appointments. Just seemed like a money grab. Didn't give anything to convince me other wise as to why all the testing and how she came to here conclusion. She didn't like that I challenged her about the results being normal on all tests.

Very hushed appointments. Office staff can be rude at times. Latest appointment is 3:30 which makes it really hard with work. Tried rescheduling and when I said well that does work with my work I may have to find a new doctor I guess the lady on phone said ok bye and hung up on me. I have been going there over a year at this point.

Came to find answers.. but felt rushed. Waited about an hour (I am a new patient) to only have a quick second to answer her questions of "whats going on" "tell me whats going on" BUT no room to actually speak without being spoken over by her. I felt rushed, only had 15 mins with her most of it was an exam, didn't get to go over my symptoms or anything with her. I am there seeing her for answers.. to get a diagnosis. I'd like to be heard not rushed out and guessed at what is going on.
