Office Staff refused to give me an appointment
6/15/22 The office staff are horrible, need more education on insurance, refused to give me an appointment because they assumed my supplemental insurance which is Anthem B/C B/S advantage 65 that I purchased privately, is Medicaid. I explained Medicare is my primary and gave them the number,but was refused an appointment. Need education on insurance.

Dr. Gradzka is fabulous - the office not so much
Dr. Gradzka is a fantastic doctor. I was taken aback initially as she is very blunt, but on my second visit it turned around and she has become my best advocate. She explores various possibilities that are personalized for you. I have read the other comments and we all seem in agreement that her office staff leave a lot to be desired. They canceled an appointment 15 minutes prior to my time because I hadn't paid a bill. I was at work and don't carry my FLEX card with me. I had no idea I had one! It took me three months to get a bill from them in spite of asking several times. Communication with the office is non-existent. I've not found them to be rude - well, maybe one was - just not professional in running an office. It's quite frustrating.

Dr. Gradzka is an awesome doctor. Good bedside manner, smart, uses common sense, does not take one option in her treatment but uses what is best for me based on how I feel with meds and what science says will work. She has questioned other doctor's reports as well. I like this approach. I will always go to her. Not to mention she has a hilarious sense of humor.

My experience with Dr. Gradzka was exceptional. She is truly one of the best! Dr. Gradzka is attentive, professional and caring. She is interested in finding out what treatment will work most effectively for you and she is easy and enjoyable to speak with! I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a Rheumatologist!

I went to Dr Gradzka to get a second opinion because I had some doubts about the diagnosis I was given by an orthopedist regarding my hip pain. Her opinion was more in line with what I suspected. Time will tell who got it right. Very short waiting time on day of appointment.

I have never had a physician who listens,and responds and protects her patients with such knowledge and care. She will always be looking out for Her patients' best interest and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are getting the best treatment available. Dr. Gradzka was recommended to me by my Wife after my former Rheum retired in 2015. Dr Gradzka had treated my Wife for osteoporosis and significantly improved her bone density. Dr Gradzka is extremely knowledgeable with my Ankylosing Spondylitis condition and is continuing the medications that my former Dr. prescribed.which manage my pain significantly. Additionally Dr. Gradzka's office manager, Zenobia has been extremely helpful and stays on top of my ins co requirements.

I've had a lot a concerning symptoms over several years and not many answers despite several trips to the ER and appointments with various specialist. After receiving a positive ANA result, Dr. Gradzka was recommended. I made the appointment but was terrified and almost did not go. However, I'm so happy I did. Dr. Gradzka has been so encouraging and helpful throughout this process. I now have answers and a positive/achievable plan toward better health...thank you!
