This is the worst doctors office I have ever come across. The receptionist is so rude and extremely unprofessional.
in Haleyville, AL |
Before I seen this doctor I had read these reviews and was very nervous about seeing him since there were negative reviews but I have to say that i dont understand why there are any negative reviews about this doctor and his staff. The staff there have been wonderful to me everytime and am so happy i was referred to Dr. Karassi. He was so nice and explained everything to me thoroughly. He made me feel so much better about my issues. He does an excellent job! I would absolutely recommend him!

Receptionist is one of the rudest individuals I have ever come across !

Very caring Dr. Staff very kind.. receptionist seems to be bothered. . Which I can deal with.. as my Dr is most important in my care.
in Birmingham, AL |
Went to him and explained the thyroid related issues I was having..(memory, depression, other) did labs and stated to half my dosage. when I came back to go over the lab work he told me I was fine my labs were great I explained to him that I was not better, he then stated that he didn't treat memory problems or depression. A good doctor will help treat your thyroid and thyroid related problems and they will listen and help you to get to root of the problem instead of putting you off.
The receptionist has a horrible attitude while setting up appointments. She will ask a question only to interrupt with a second question or a long sigh. Everyone has bad days but this has occured 3 times & I am seriously considering a new physician for my family member. I do not have time to deal with demeaning staff.
Why does his staff have to be so rude. Call to make appointment and you are made to feel like you are bothering them. Very displeased.
