Dr. Saleem is the best Pain doctor I have seen. Most just push drugs, he helped me get off the pain meds and has introduced other procedures to help me deal with my pain. The outcome has been excellent! My pain is under control and my mind is clear!! Everyone in the practice is great, from Carolyn at the front desk through Dr. Saleem are great! Always focused on my care with a great attitude!

I have seen him for years. I have done the injections and nerve burns in my back multiple times. 3 Surgeons say there is nothing left for me except getting rod in bay back, but it could be the worst thing I could do. I opted for pain management. I refused any more injections or nerve burns because they do not help me. He got mad. My medication for break through pain had already been taken away, the first appointment after Dr McCarver disappeared (loved him). Then Dr. Saleem cut my medication in half. I had one pill in morning and one in evening. He took away my evening pill and gave me a 5mg Hydrocodone. My break through was 10 mg!?! The pain wakes me all night! I have barely been able to walk the last five years... My MRI and xrays look like I have a snake in my back winding its way through. No faking here! Thank you for caring! He rarely even allows me to speak. Those treatments hurt and they don't help me. There r no wonder drugs, but they are better than nothing. Clinic Rude.

I saw Dr. Saleem for the first time recently and was extremely pleased with him, and his entire staff in Conway. His help improved my pain immediately with a back brace. The medication prescribed, improved my pain and my sleep. I would highly recommend him, and look forward to his medical care in the future.

The entire clinic runs on a culture of rudeness. The staff are sarcastic and rude and made it almost impossible to get in touch with your doctor. The nurses and doctors literally do not speak to you before, during or after a procedure. And if you have a medical reaction do not call them. They do not care. The worst medical care I have ever received in my life. They book patients every 5 minutes so the bottom line is to make money, not patient care. Its hell. Do not go.

No, no, no. This clinic does not offer pain meds for the nerve burning (ablation) procedures. There are other pain management clinics that do. I have suffered through one ablation with only versed, and a second with nothing. Shaking, sweating and crying. Go elsewhere!

Dr. Saleem cared for my mother's back and spinal pain for much of 2017. I can wholeheartedly attest to the thoughtfulness of the care that she received. Dr. Saleem was knowledgable, responsive and patient with her needs and questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of pain management.

Almost killed my father!!, Dr suggested injections for pain. After a few of these injections it triggered my father's pacemaker. Turns out he was supposed to call and have it deactivated before performing this procedure and never did! He was in the ER for 3 hours trying to get his blood pressure regulated. This man is not safe, DO NOT SEEK HIS TREATMENT!

Awful Doctor, never addressed my concerns, would not sit down to talk or listen to my concerns and I'm worse off now than before. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone, not even my worse enemy.
