Dr. Ghaly is awesome! One of the best doctors I've ever met. He took time to explain everything in detail. I had extreme anxiety about the procedure, but felt comfortable with Dr. Ghaly- he has that rare combination of technical brilliance plus warm personality- kind & caring, w a good sense of humor. He held my hand during part of the procedure when I was freaking out & focused on me to assess for distress, then took appropriate action to fix- I would say he has a very high level of empathy.

Met for consultation. Kept telling me he wasn't selling me a car but he was scaring me into having his treatment and making many promises he couldn't keep about reimbursing me For transportation for example. Would prefer someone's who is truly honest with me .

Dr Ghaly was extremely rude and unprofessional. He insisted that I be administered pain medication for the consultation ( I was 2 weeks post surgery) but I am allergic to pain medication. He became irate and refused to see me unless HE DRUGGED ME ! It appears the man may have a problem that his superiors have yet to pick up on. He is a MONSTER ! Unless you want to be treated by someone who doesn't care about YOU and wants to turn you into a zombie PLEASE find another physician.
