I flew from Boston into LAX and almost as soon as I landed, I started having abdominal pain. I was admitted to Huntington Hospital and diagnosed with acute appendicitis. I was operated on by Dr. Alexander. He and his team made me feel very much at ease. This, despite feeling totally alone in a strange city and hospital, because of Covid-19.
When I saw him in his office for follow-up, he was totally professional and knowledgeable, but had the warmth of a trusted friend.
By the way, you'd like Kayla, his assistant too.

All visits to Dr. Alexander, pre and post surgery, have been quick, comprehensive and reassuring. Because he's well connected with the top hospitals (Huntington, Methodist, etc) and highly experienced with the latest surgical procedures, Dr. Alexander is able to diagnose and preform the needed surgery in the most effective and convenient way possible.

Overall Amazing doctor, i went to urgent care the prior day and they said they couldnt tell what was wrong, i went to the ER and they ran some tests and he addressed this with the upmost urgency and saved my life. Without him i dont know where id be today. His compassion, reassurance, and class was the icing on the cake

Great experience through whole process and all visits. Went in for hernia surgery. Kayla and Dr. Magdi were excellent, very friendly, explained everything and were not uptight and "clinical" like most doctor office settings. In recovery now and very happy that this was the office that I chose.

Absolutely wonderful doctor. He saved my husband's life and I am eternally grateful. My husband was VERY sick. I took him to ER at Arcadia Methodist Hospital. Every day I thank God Dr. Alexander was there that night.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Alexander to all my family and friends if they were ever in the situation of needing surgery. Dr. Alexander saved my life when I needed emergency surgery and he explained the situation well and was very honest and caring. The surgery went excellent and I’m on the road to a full recovery thanks to him.

I went to see Dr. Alexander for a Hiatal Hernia I had been suffered from for years. He explained in detail how this surgery is done and all risks involved. Surgery was performed in less time than predicted. Pain, symptoms and discomfort after surgery are lot less than warned. Two days back from the hospital I called Dr. Alexander’s office with a question. He called me right back, showing he really cares for his patients no matter if the problem is big or small. Very happy! Excellent Surgeon!

My grandson needed a surgical procedure completed so he could return to summer school on the East Coast at the end of June. I contacted Dr. Alexander and the next week on Tuesday had a consultation appointment and had surgery the same week on Friday. The rapid response was greatly appreciated and worked out for my grandson schedule. Dr. Alexander is talented surgeon who did an excellent job for us.

Dr. Alexander is an amazing surgeon. For three years, I had been carrying an inguinal hernia. Prior to going into surgery, I was seen twice, for an explanation and evaluation. He was intelligent and concise. Immediately, you receive the sense that he is an expert. He is very kind, but what really impressed me about his bedside manner is the peace he brings to you. Prior to entering the operating room, he was reaffirming, calm, and reassuring. I thank the Lord, for this man’s talents. A++

Dr. Alexander doing my second hernia surgery .. myself I had two Hernia one in KP Lancaster the one worst job 7 inch cut of my skin, ugly stitches long time to healing more than 2 weeks, and don't walk well.. was first hernia.. second hernia Dr Alexander doing the job with robotic surgery.. cut 2 inch on belly hole and two of half inch like small button size... about smaller than dime size.. got healing skin less 4 days.. able to walk 2-3 days pain really less.. Dr Alexander is the ONE BEST !!!!

Dr Alexander is a superb surgery doctor. He is an experienced, knowledgeable and a very compassionate doctor. He's everything that you can asked for a doctor. We're so lucky to have met him for my husband's colon problem. We're down & nervous for my husband's status, but he calmed us & said to him, "Don't worry, I'll fix you!" What a word & confidence to say that! But, he really fixed him. We're so thankful & appreciative for all you've done to us. A miracle worker sent from heaven. Kudos to u!
