One of the worst doctor experiences. Waiting 30 min to be seen even though the office was completely empty. I was patient. Finally, a lady (never introduced herself) brought be to an exam room. When she did my medical history intake, she needed me to repeat my answers 5 times and seemed very uninterested and even laughed when I had to double check what type of cancer my mom had, very professional. Finally , when I was seen by doctor (after 50 min), she kept cutting me off when i was trying to describe the pain i was experiencing for the past few years and she advised that advil will help..like i havent tried that for years. The total time I had with her was about 5 minutes. Everything about this office was discourteous. And to top it all off, while waiting on the exam table for the doctor, I was face level with an overflowing disposal bin of syringes mounted on the wall.

Dr Plasilova is Excellent Doctor, extremely knowledgeable. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She always kind and friendly. All staff was great. I would highly recommend Dr Plasilova to anyone.

Dr. Plasilova discussed about the options with me and made sure I understood clearly about the process and procedure going to take. Before the surgery she explained the instructions in great details and made sure I followed, and helped me relax since all those process could be overwhelming for a patient. She did a great job with the surgery itself, the wound is minimal and a clean cut, it also healed well. She also gave the post operation instructions which helped the healing process.

Lacks empathy
Did not recognize necrosis in breast tissue, scuffed it to it’s normal, while avoiding eye contact and being aggressive about cleaning surgical wound, yet she did not show me how or even look at it thoroughly . Overall Dr. Plasilova is not comforting or humble and plain indeferernt
