She has been extremely nice compassionate and helpful to me. Her treatment for my chronic pain gave me my first day without a headache. She has investigated alternative treatment and spent time explains so I could make an education decision. She is almost always behind but I get relief and that is what matters. She does use injections over pain mess which is ok with me. She treats me like family. I'm sorry that others haven't had the same experience because I wouldn't go anywhere else.

She is very rude ..Makes you sit waiting for 3 hours to get a injection, while she is sitting in the back talking and enjoying herself . She does not look at your x-rays or MRI. Because if she did she give you the injections were the damages on your spine instead of everywhere else. I just would not recommend her to anyone. I'm trying to find a new doctor now. She only works one day a week Mondays!!! That's why you sit there for hours because she only wants to work one day a week

I went in for an injection for my right hip and after reading the paperwork found I was scheduled for the wrong procedure. I was scheduled to have an injection for pain in the lower back radiating down the legs. Not even close to my my issue. When I questioned her I was then told I need to go back and see my orthopedist. This was all discussed the week before with her in her office and I don't believe she listened to me at all. Not to mention 3 hours behind. I will not be going back.

If you have a serious condition and you need a doctor to listen to you and really help Don't Go Here! She is only interested in getting you in and out as fast as possible, that is only when she decides to show up. As with everybody I have been there over 4 hours for an appointment. Last 2 appointments I had with her she was an hour and a half late. She's very rude. I would rather drive over an hour to see a real doctor then return there.

Dr.kerschner is a liar.she is not for helping her patients.she's for helping her pockets.shes a poor excuse for a pain management doctor because, she didn't manage to do anything but cause me stress and unnecessary pain....she. Sucks......BIG TIME !!!!! DONT GO.! Oh yea by the way she is condensing and rude and they really do take 5 to 6 hours and she stays in with you for 5 min you listen while she speaks.
The most horrible experience I've ever had with a physician of ANY kind! My first appointment, I waited over 5 hours, yes HOURS and my second one was 3.5 hours. When I finally saw her, she was rude, condescending and basically called me a liar - I wouldn't recommend this doctor to my worst enemy!! I am only giving one star because it's the required minimum: if I could give 0 stars, I would!
